Bistek Tagalog Using Pork Steak Cut (My own version)

This dish is very easy to make and I guarantee you that this is very delicious. :)

Our main ingredient is the pork. You can also use pork chops but for this one I will be using steaks cut. Here is the list of the ingredients that I used.

Ingredients:
Pork (steaks cut)
Soy sauce
Lime/Lemon or you can also use kalamansi
Cooking oil
Dairy Cream
Onions
Garlic
Salt and Pepper depends on your taste





Instructions:
- Combine pork, soy sauce, and lime/lemon juice in a large bowl or container. Add salt and pepper. Marinade for at least an hour.
- Heat a pan then pour in cooking oil.
- Pan fry the marinated pork in medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Add dairy cream on the pan and soak the pork to give different aroma and taste. Set aside.
- Saute garlic and Onions and then put the pork and the remaining marinade then let it boil. Simmer for for about 30 minutes or until the pork is tender and cooked.
- Add salt and pepper if needed.
- Put sliced onions (optional) and cook for 3 minutes more.
- Turn off the heat and transfer to a serving plate.
- Serve while hot. Enjoy!
